Bacchus Sublime is inspired by the passion of wine making and the enjoyment and festivity of wine. Taking inspiration from the history and wines of the Château Tanunda Kylie Jane translates her experience of the wine into dance and colour. The materials of gold, silver and copper leaf, reflect the natural geography and the vines and grapes the region is famous for. Bacchus Sublime is a recognition of the commonality between art and wine. Both art and wine are indulgent treats for the soul however, the creation of these delights stem from hard work, passion and a serious drive for perfection.
